Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap and Product Development

- Define, own, and evolve the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Prioritize and develop features along with the team based on technical feasibility, ROI, and urgency.
- Break down features into clear user stories and specifications for sprint execution and work with the team for feature design and implementation.

Patent filing and management

Version & Release Management

- Manage product versioning across AI models, APIs, dashboards, and infrastructure.
- Oversee sprint and release planning, ensuring stability, regression testing, and documentation.
- Coordinate version rollouts, changelogs, and rollback plans.

Team Leadership (15+ Members)

- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of backend/frontend developers, AI/ML engineers, QA, and DevOps.
- Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and manage resource allocation.
- Drive agile ceremonies: standups, planning, retrospectives.
- Regular progress reporting to management
- Strategise for smooth product team system setup and management

Tech Support & SLA Management

- Define and monitor Product SLAs (uptime, response time, bug resolution, etc.).
- Oversee technical support operations and ensure timely resolution of production issues.
- Act as escalation point for critical issues and customer-impacting bugs.

Pre-Sales Technical Support & Collaboration





- Collaborate with the Sales & Business Development teams on new enquiries and technical proposals.
- Provide pre-sales technical support including demos, PoCs, solution architecture, and custom proposal inputs.
- Interface with potential clients to understand and align product capabilities with their needs.

Data Analytics, Monitoring, Feedback & Iteration

- Leverage ELK stack for data analytics and to monitor product performance and usage.
- Continuously gather feedback from users, internal teams, and market to refine product direction.
- Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, or cost reduction.

Technical Skills Required:-

- Strong hands-on experience in Python (Flask, FastAPI) and MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
- Working knowledge of AI/ML workflows and deployment lifecycle
- Experience with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for data analytics, system monitoring and debugging
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and scalable architecture

Preferred Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent field
- Proven experience in SaaS or AI/ML product companies
- Exposure to enterprise client environments, SLAs, and data privacy/security standards
- Strong documentation, presentation, and cross-functional communication skills

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
