Location:
Porur Chennai

Walk-in Interviews: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 PM onwards
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls regarding appointments, cancellations, and general queries
- Verify insurance details and assist with prior authorization processes
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
- Provide transparent instructions for medical procedures and confirm scheduled appointments
- Accurately document call details and update patient records in the billing system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and support claim processing

Shift Timings:

- Night Shift: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (Saturday Sunday Off!)

Candidate Requirements:





- Excellent verbal communication in English with neutral accent (no mother tongue influence)
- Willingness to work night shifts consistently
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn billing software
- Prior experience in medical billing or voice process is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
