About the Role

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. Whether you are a fresher eager to learn or have up to 1 year of experience, if you enjoy visual content creation, short-form video editing, and digital marketing, this role is for you!

Freshers without a formal design background are welcome, provided you are willing to learn poster design and content creation. Active usage of AI tools for content generation and efficiency is highly appreciated.

Key Responsibilities

- Graphic & Document Design: Create flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and presentation decks using Canva.
- Basic Video Editing: Edit minor short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, promo clips) using CapCut, Instagram Editor, or similar basic tools (no advanced editing required).
- Social Media & Meta Ads: Assist in managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive brand awareness and lead generation( not mandatory)
- AI Tool Integration: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)



to brainstorm ideas, write copy, and streamline design tasks.
- Lead Generation: Support campaign execution and assist in tracking lead performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Fresher to 1 year in digital marketing, social media, or graphic design.
- Design Tools: Good hands-on knowledge of Canva. Knowledge of Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator) is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Video & Ads: Familiarity with basic video editing on CapCut/Instagram and a basic understanding of Meta Ads.
- Mindset: Freshers who are proactive, eager to learn design, and open to using AI tools in daily tasks are encouraged to apply.

immediate joiner are preferred , There will be a salary hike based on performance in the first month .

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
