Role: Meta Ads Manager

Location: Gaur City Centre, Greater Noida West — On-site
Salary: ₹15,000-18,000/month
Experience: 1–2 Years

What You'll Do

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.

Manage lead-generation campaigns across different industries.

Monitor CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rates, lead quality, and overall performance.

Analyze campaign data and identify reasons behind performance changes.

Test and optimize audiences, creatives, placements, budgets, and campaigns.

Scale winning campaigns while maintaining lead quality and efficiency.

Work with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.

Analyze lead quality and work with clients/sales teams to improve conversions.

Prepare regular campaign performance reports and recommendations.

Participate in client calls and strategy discussions when required.





Take ownership of assigned accounts and performance.

What We're Looking For:

1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
Strong experience in lead generation campaigns.
Good understanding of campaign optimization and scaling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of Meta Pixel, Events, CAPI, and conversion tracking.
Ability to analyze performance beyond just CPL and understand lead quality and revenue impact.
Positive communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
Who Will Be a Good Fit?

Someone who doesn't just know how to run Meta Ads, but can understand why a campaign is performing well or poorly, identify the problem, make the right decision, and take ownership of the result.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
