About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to oversee end-to-end business operations, drive cross-functional coordination, strengthen processes, and ensure timely execution of management priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations across Sales, Design, Purchase, Execution, Accounts, HR, Marketing and other departments.

- Drive cross-functional coordination and ensure smooth Sales → Design → Purchase → Execution → Handover processes.

- Develop, implement and monitor SOPs, SLAs, KPIs and accountability systems.

- Monitor project and departmental performance, identify bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution.

- Prepare and present weekly/monthly MIS and operational reports to senior management.

- Monitor manpower planning, productivity, resource utilization and departmental performance.

- Coordinate with vendors and ensure adherence to timelines and service standards.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, cost optimization and productivity enhancement.

- Handle major operational/client escalations and ensure timely closure.

- Work closely with Directors and HODs to convert management decisions into actionable plans and track execution.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.

- 10–15 years of overall experience, with minimum 5 years in a senior operations/management role preferred.

- Experience in interior design, turnkey projects, real estate, construction, architecture or other project-based industries preferred.

- Robust experience in operations, SOPs, MIS, KPIs, process management and cross-functional team leadership.
