We are looking for Management Trainees / Business Development Trainees who are interested in building a career in the Pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the team in identifying new business opportunities.
- Assist with lead generation and client follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Assist with managing client requirements and queries.
- Support business development and sales activities.
- Maintain client and lead information.
- Prepare basic reports and presentations.
- Learn and understand pharma industry processes and business requirements.

Requirements:

- Graduate/MBA in Management, Marketing, Business, Pharma, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience can be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn.
- Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive and proactive approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
