Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide professional and courteous service.
- Set up and maintain tables, dining areas, and service stations as per hotel standards.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure proper knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and daily promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, tables, cutlery, crockery, and service areas.
- Follow all F&B; service standards, SOPs, and food safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including mise-en-place and outlet cleaning.
- Ensure proper handling and care of hotel equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
- Support the team during events, banquets,



and high-volume operations.
- Maintain a professional grooming standard and follow hotel uniform policies.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and fire safety procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the F&B; Supervisor, Captain, or Restaurant Manager.

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 10th/12th standard or relevant hospitality qualification.
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in shifts.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Well-groomed, disciplined, and team-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
