We are looking for a Project Manager to manage software and SaaS projects and work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and client teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

What you'll do

- Manage projects from planning through delivery and rollout.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders.
- Define timelines, milestones, ownership, and track project progress.
- Manage risks, dependencies, blockers, and escalations.
- Coordinate with clients on requirements, implementation, and rollout.
- Support integrations and ensure projects are ready for release.
- Track project updates, metrics, and delivery status.
- Identify issues early and drive teams toward resolution.

What we're looking for

- 2+ years of experience in Project Management within a SaaS/software environment.
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams.
- Experience managing software development or implementation projects.




- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with Agile/Scrum teams and project tracking tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and software systems.
- Strong ownership, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Positive to have

- Experience with enterprise SaaS products.
- Client onboarding or implementation experience.
- Exposure to AI-enabled products or platforms.
- Experience working with analytics or data-driven products.
