What You'll Do

● Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms.

● Own and manage an ad budget in the Rs. 2-5 Cr. range with full accountability for ROAS/CPL targets.

● Build and refine the lead-generation funnel in coordination with Sales and Telecalling teams.

● Run structured A/B tests on creative, audience and landing pages.

● Report campaign performance and budget utilization to the Strategist and client.

What We're Looking For

Required

● 5+ years of performance marketing experience.

● Demonstrated experience managing ad budgets in the Rs. 2-5 Cr. range or higher.

● Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

● Comfortable owning CAC/CPL/ROAS targets and reporting against them.

Preferred

● Real estate or high-ticket lead-generation experience.

● Experience integrating paid leads with a telecalling/sales funnel.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
