We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

· Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

· Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.

· Prepare invoices, payment records, and supporting documents.

· Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.

· Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.

· Ensure timely recording and verification of accounting entries.

· Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.

· Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding accounting and payment-related queries.

· Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.





· Support the finance team with other accounting and administrative activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· MBA in Finance/Accounting will be an added advantage.

· 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

· Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Solid attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

Immediate Joiners may be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,786.43 - ₹33,512.26 per month
