Shift: US Night Shift - 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Client Support Specialist who will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with our US-based clients on a daily basis.

The primary requirement for this position is strong English communication and the ability to confidently interact with US customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Communicating with US clients on a daily basis
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with US customers
- Coordinating with clients and understanding their requirements
- Managing client follow-ups and providing timely updates
- Responding to client emails professionally
- Handling backend and administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate client information and records
- Coordinating internally to ensure client requirements are completed
- Providing a professional and positive client experience

This is not a work-from-home position. Candidates must be comfortable working from our office in Makarba, Ahmedabad, during the US shift.

Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Salary will depend on the candidate's experience, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.
