Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance / solutions for work completion 11+ years of overall IT experience Requirement Management Detailed understanding of SFDC Service, Sales Cloud , Experience Cloud (Partner/ customer community cloud) experience is must.Must have 9+ years’ experience as Technical lead / Project Manager SFDC (Service, Sales Cloud cloud) experience is must.Only Salesforce Certified qualified are eligible for this requirement.Proven track record of lead the SFDC team and development projects.Ability to work collaboratively, and act in a lead role as a subject matter expert and works within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria.Experience being a Lead / Project manager for complex SFDC Sales , Service, Revenue cloud and tracking experience Jira bord.Working with Salesforce.com Admin, Architect, and Developer teammates involving customizations and configurations of SFDC objects, page layouts, workflows, document templates, data fields, reports and dashboards.Responsible for the tracking and handling process documentation including functional requirements, business process requirements, technical design document, integration specifications and data migration specifications.Responsible for supporting the client through out the development life cycle from planning till hyper care.Typically,



responsible or heavily Involved in the creation of design , help technical team on day to day deliverables. The ability to communicate effectively with business users, managers, peers, project teams.Ability to adapt to any environment such as working with small or large groups or independently.Strong organizational skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines with reliability and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
