The Role

We’re looking for a Director of Product Management to lead product strategy and execution for our recent AI Security product. In this role, you’ll shape the roadmap, drive innovation in core AI data security capabilities, and partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success. You’ll also play a key role in scaling our product management function as the company grows.

This is a unique opportunity for a product leader who’s excited to build in a high-growth, early-stage environment for the rapidly exploding AI space — balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and drive the product roadmap across for AI Security and use of AI across the data security platform
- Translate customer needs and market trends into product requirements and clear priorities.
- Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality features on time and at scale.




- Collaborate with sales and marketing to position the product effectively in the market.
- Engage directly with customers and design partners to validate direction and accelerate adoption.
- Establish best practices for product management and mentor future product team members.
- Monitor competitive landscape, regulations, and emerging technologies to inform long-term strategy.

What We’re Looking For

- 6–10 years of product management experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in cybersecurity, cloud security, or data-centric products (DLP, CSPM, IAM a plus).
- Understanding of AI landscape.
- Technical depth — comfortable collaborating with engineering on backend systems, APIs, and cloud-native environments.
- Proven ability to ship successful products and scale adoption.
- Strong communication and leadership skills — able to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
- Thrives in a start-up environment: adaptable, resourceful, and execution-oriented.
