About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for HR professionals with 0–2 years of experience who are looking to build their career in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day people management.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, good organizational abilities, and the willingness to learn and take ownership of HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle joining and onboarding formalities for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.
- Assist in managing attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and HR-related records.
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal initiatives.
- Address employee queries and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Assist in implementing and communicating company HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee follow-ups, feedback sessions, and support performance-related processes.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and other documentation as required.
- Ensure proper documentation during employee transfers, resignations,
and exit formalities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Support the HR team in various administrative and operational activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations.
- Freshers with relevant HR internships may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take responsibility.
