Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage and develop our sales and business activities across the Alappuzha region.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, medical shops and healthcare professionals, and achieving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop sales and business activities across the Alappuzha region.
- Identify and develop new customers, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and healthcare institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase sales in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits and meet customers/healthcare professionals.
- Promote and explain company products to customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards regional business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Follow up on enquiries,



orders and payments.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and market reports.
- Expand the customer base and improve overall market presence in Alappuzha.

Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in hospital, pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare sales are preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in field sales and business development can also apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in meeting customers and developing new business.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to work in the field.
- Ability to build professional relationships and generate business.
- Candidates who understand the local Alappuzha market will be preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
