Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software applications supporting infrastructure and platform automation.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.
- Build automation workflows and orchestration solutions using Temporal.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Harness.
- Automate application and infrastructure deployment across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
- Develop automation for OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) environments, including application deployment, configuration, scaling, and lifecycle management.
- Automate VMware infrastructure, including provisioning, configuration, VM lifecycle management, and operational tasks.
- Develop network automation solutions for provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and management of network infrastructure.
- Integrate infrastructure automation with APIs, cloud platforms, enterprise tools, and internal applications.
- Develop backend services and APIs that enable infrastructure and network automation.
- Build frontend interfaces/dashboards for managing automation workflows, infrastructure resources, and operational processes.
- Integrate HashiCorp Vault / IBM Vault or enterprise secrets-management solutions for secure storage and retrieval of credentials, keys, tokens, and secrets.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, secrets management, and access controls across automation platforms.
- Create reusable Terraform modules, Ansible roles, playbooks, and automation frameworks to standardize infrastructure deployments.




- Implement automated testing, validation, compliance checks, and security controls within IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, automation, deployment, network, and pipeline issues.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, Network, Security, and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.
- Participate in infrastructure modernization initiatives, including automation of legacy manual processes.
- Perform code reviews and follow Git-based development, branching, documentation, and engineering best practices.

Required Technical Skills

- 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, infrastructure automation, or platform engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong experience with Ansible, including playbooks, roles, inventories, variables, and automation frameworks.
- Experience with Temporal for workflow orchestration and distributed workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and/or Harness for CI/CD automation.
- Strong experience with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and containerized application environments.
- Experience with VMware automation, including vSphere/virtual machine provisioning and lifecycle management.




- Experience with network automation using APIs, scripting, automation frameworks, or network orchestration tools.
- Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault, IBM Vault, or enterprise secrets-management platforms.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in languages such as Python, Java, Go, or similar.
- Experience developing REST APIs and backend services.
- Experience with frontend development technologies such as React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of Git, version control, branching strategies, and collaborative software development.
- Understanding of Linux/Unix environments, networking, DNS, TCP/IP, authentication, and security concepts.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes automation using Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with IaC workflows.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and automated security/compliance controls.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, YAML, and automation frameworks.
- Experience with network devices, SDN, load balancers, firewalls, or network orchestration platforms.
- Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service infrastructure portals.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code best practices, reusable modules, state management, drift detection, and automated infrastructure validation.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-scale infrastructure, application architecture, and automation.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
