We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented OJT – F&B; Service trainees to join our hospitality team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking practical exposure to luxury resort operations and professional food & beverage service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the F&B; Service team in delivering warm, attentive and professional guest service.
- Support table setup, mise en place and preparation before service.
- Assist with serving food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of restaurants, service areas and equipment.
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables efficiently.
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Support the team during breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events.
- Learn and follow the resort’s service procedures and guest interaction standards.




- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest requests courteously and escalate concerns to senior team members when required.
- Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, discipline and a positive attitude.

Requirements

- Students pursuing or recently completed a Hotel Management / Hospitality Management course.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Well-groomed, courteous and guest-oriented.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a luxury resort environment.
- Prior experience is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
