Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer – AI/ML to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions within the AWS environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Python, AWS, Generative AI, and cloud-based application development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and AI applications on AWS.
- Work with services including AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, and MCP Servers.
- Develop scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, transformation, and feature engineering.
- Manage the complete ML lifecycle, including model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, DevOps, and Product teams.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Ensure AI/ML applications are scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ML models and AWS infrastructure.
- Participate in code reviews and continuously improve application architecture and performance.
- Research emerging AI/ML technologies and evaluate their business applicability.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.




- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience with a strong focus on Machine Learning.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks.
- Hands-on experience designing, training, and deploying ML models.
- Strong experience with AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, and AWS Bedrock.
- Experience with NLP, Data Mining, Distributed Computing, or Computer Vision.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively in an environment with ambiguity.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Generative AI / LLM applications.
- Experience with LangChain and MCP Servers.
- AWS Machine Learning or other relevant AWS certifications.
- Experience building production-grade AI/ML applications in cloud environments.
