About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and visually driven Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of visual design, branding, social media creatives, and digital content. The ideal candidate should also have hands-on knowledge of Motion Graphics and Video Editing and be able to transform creative concepts into engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media posts, banners, advertisements, website graphics, presentations, marketing creatives, and promotional materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs based on project briefs and marketing requirements.
- Create motion graphics, animated creatives, text animations, GIFs, and short-form videos.
- Design creative content for digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, visual language, typography, colors, and design standards.
- Adapt and resize creatives according to different platforms, devices, and content formats.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, SEO, and other internal teams to understand requirements and deliver effective creatives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, creative technologies, and AI-powered design tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.




- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, layouts, visual hierarchy, and branding.
- Good knowledge of Motion Graphics and Video Editing.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to understand a brief and take a concept from initial idea to final creative.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Software & Technical Skills

Proficiency in relevant design and creative tools, including:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Canva
- Knowledge of other design, animation, video editing, and AI-powered creative tools will be an advantage.

Positive to Have

- Experience creating Instagram Reels, social media animations, digital advertisements, promotional videos, and animated content.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and digital content formats.
- Experience using AI-powered creative and design tools.
- Understanding of basic video composition, transitions, sound, and storytelling.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and Digital Content Creation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
