Job Description:

We are hiring a Badminton Coach to train and guide students in badminton across assigned schools/centres in Buxar. The candidate will be responsible for conducting regular training sessions, developing students' badminton skills, maintaining discipline, and promoting physical fitness and sportsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular badminton coaching and training sessions for students.
- Teach basic and advanced badminton techniques, including footwork, strokes, serving, and gameplay.
- Prepare students for school-level and other sports competitions.
- Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement and provide appropriate guidance.
- Maintain discipline and ensure students follow proper sports and safety practices.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of badminton equipment.
- Monitor student attendance and maintain daily training records.




- Encourage students to participate actively in sports and physical activities.
- Coordinate with school authorities and field coordinators regarding training schedules and requirements.
- Report student performance, attendance, and any site-related issues to management.
- Ensure a positive, motivating, and protected environment during coaching sessions.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
- Diploma/certification in badminton coaching or sports will be preferred.
- Previous experience as a badminton coach/trainer preferred.
- Good knowledge of badminton rules, techniques, and training methods.
- Good communication and student-handling skills.
- Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and physically active.
- Ability to conduct training sessions independently.

Preference:

Candidates from Buxar or nearby areas will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
