Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR operations and contribute to a positive, compliant, and productive work environment. This role is vital to aligning HR practices with organizational goals and supporting strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

· Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across departments.

· Draft job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding.

2. Employee Engagement & Culture

· Drive employee engagement programs to foster a positive work workplace.

· Serve as a trusted point of contact for grievance handling, conflict resolution, and feedback.

3. HR Operations

· Maintain up-to-date HR policies in compliance with labor laws.

· Manage payroll coordination, leave tracking, and benefits administration

4. Performance Management

· Administer performance review systems and support managers with goal setting and feedback.

· Track and analyse HR metrics such as attrition, productivity, and workforce development.





· Support manpower planning for project sites and factory operations.

5. Training & Development

· Identify skill gaps and organize training and development programs.

· Assist in succession planning and career development strategies.

· Enhance organization building through structured L&D; initiatives.

6. Compliance & Documentation

- ESIC & EPFO Challans generation, Member registration in ESIC and EPFO websites

· Maintain accurate and confidential records for all HR functions.

· Ensure statutory compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.

Assist with implementation and automation of HR systems and software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
