Job Responsibilities:
- Check the quality of castings during production.
- Inspect raw materials, moulds, cores, and finished castings.
- Identify casting defects like cracks, blow holes, sand inclusion, shrinkage, and mismatch.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure they are within limits.
- Reduce rejection and rework.
- Find the root cause of quality problems and take corrective action.
- Maintain inspection and quality reports.
- Coordinate with production to solve quality issues.
- Handle customer complaints and take necessary action.
- Guide and supervise quality inspectors.
- Ensure products meet customer drawings and specifications.
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production, or Foundry Engineering.
Experience: 3–5 years in foundry quality preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
