Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage customer relationships, monitor team performance, and ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to maximize performance.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
