Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented IPD Billing Executive to manage inpatient billing processes, ensure accurate charge capture, and coordinate with patients, insurance companies, and internal departments for timely billing and payment processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process inpatient (IPD) bills accurately
- Verify patient details, treatment charges, and supporting documents
- Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, and diagnostic departments for charge entries
- Handle insurance/TPA documentation and pre-authorization processes
- Resolve billing discrepancies and patient queries
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce/Healthcare Management or related field
- Knowledge of hospital billing procedures and insurance processes
- Basic computer knowledge (HIS billing software preferred)
- Robust attention to detail and communication skills
Experience:5
5–8 years of hospital IPD billing experience preferred
Pay: ₹14,927.47 - ₹35,000.00 per month
