Structural Team Lead

Black & Grey HR is hiring on behalf of a well-established contracting company in the Middle East for an experienced Structural Team Lead to join their team.

The role will involve leading and managing structural engineering and drafting teams for the successful delivery of high-rise mixed-use projects, while ensuring technical quality, effective coordination, and timely project execution.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of structural engineers and drafters.
- Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with Architectural, MEP, BIM, and Construction teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes, and QA/QC standards.
- Support construction teams by resolving technical and site-related structural issues.
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Ensure technical quality and timely delivery of project requirements.

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in contracting/construction companies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Team Lead or leadership role.
- Strong experience in high-rise mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in ETABS, PROTECTED, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, Revit, and BIM coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a contracting/construction environment is preferred.
