Recruitment Associate Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Associate Intern to join our recruitment team and work closely with our recruiters on live hiring mandates.

This is a hands-on internship. You will be involved in the recruitment process from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and follow-ups. You will learn how recruitment actually works while contributing to real hiring assignments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Review resumes and identify candidates who match specific job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and introductory calls.
- Understand candidates' experience, skills, expectations, availability, and career goals.
- Present suitable opportunities to candidates and explain roles clearly.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines in the ATS.
- Research talent markets, companies, industries, and potential candidate pools.
- Support recruiters in managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Assist with recruitment-related reporting and other day-to-day activities.

- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate information critically.




- Ability to understand a job description and identify relevant candidate profiles.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, MS Excel/Google Sheets, or similar tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, sales, customer-facing roles, or internships is a plus, but not required.
