Student Counsellor – Study Abroad

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and career pathways.
- Guide students on suitable destinations including UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Ireland, and other countries.
- Understand students’ academic profiles, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
- Handle student enquiries, leads, and regular follow-ups to convert prospects into applications.
- Achieve monthly and individual targets assigned by management.
- Maintain effective communication with students and parents throughout the counselling process.
- Assist students with university selection, admission requirements, application procedures, and intakes.




- Coordinate with the documentation and processing teams for smooth application processing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counselling sessions, and applications.
- Stay updated on university requirements, courses, scholarships, and study abroad trends.
- Contribute to overall branch performance and team targets.
