Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Conduct online sales presentations/webinars for 50+ participants and effectively communicate the company’s products, services, and business opportunities.
- Present the travel/franchise business model, investment requirements, advantages, revenue potential, and commercial terms.
- Engage a large audience through interactive presentations, Q&A; sessions, polls, and live discussions.
- Identify and qualify high-intent prospects during and after the presentation.
- Convert webinar attendees into sales opportunities and customers/franchise partners.
- Handle questions, objections, pricing concerns, and other sales-related queries professionally.
- Conduct one-to-one follow-up calls and online meetings with interested participants.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
- Manage the complete sales funnel from webinar registration → attendance → lead qualification → follow-up → conversion.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion, sales, and revenue targets.




- Maintain daily records of webinar attendees, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales.
- Analyze webinar performance and improve attendance, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve webinar registrations and lead quality.

Webinar Sales Specialist – Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience | Inside Sales / Webinar Sales / Consultative Sales / EdTech Sales / B2B Sales/travel industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong online presentation skills
- Clear, confident and professional voice
- Excellent vocal clarity and audience engagement
- Comfortable presenting to 50+ participants
- Ability to handle questions, objections and difficult situations
- Strong sales and convincing skills
- Good follow-up and lead conversion skills
- Ability to manage the complete webinar-to-sales process independently
- Target-oriented and confident in closing sales
- Good CRM and reporting skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
