Salary: ₹21,500/- + TA + Incentives

Job Purpose

To develop and maintain relationships with contractors, identify suitable contractors for training and professional development, and increase their business engagement with Asian Paints.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet, profile, and maintain updated records of contractors within the assigned territory.
- Identify and enroll contractors in required training and development programs.
- Evaluate contractors’ in office proficiency and provide necessary support.
- Promote new products and ensure proper product training and usage.
- Drive increased business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints.
- Ensure contractors meet mandatory requirements and progress through the tier hierarchy.




- Conduct site evaluations and provide on-site technical assistance when required.
- Act as the point of contact for contractor queries, training, site evaluation, and other requirements.
- Coordinate with the TSO and retail team as required.

Eligibility & Skills

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Good relationship-building and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
