We are looking for an experienced and technically robust Civil Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in construction and real estate projects. The candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of all major aspects of civil construction, from planning, estimation and structural execution to finishing, quality control, billing, contractor management and project coordination.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling civil works at site, coordinating with consultants and contractors, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that construction is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, budget and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise and execute all civil construction activities including RCC, structural works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting and finishing works.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings, identify discrepancies and coordinate with consultants for timely resolution.
- Manage site execution from foundation to structure and final finishing/handover, ensuring work is completed according to approved specifications and schedules.
- Prepare and review BOQ, quantity estimates, material requirements, rate analysis, contractor measurements and civil work bills.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, supervisors and labour teams, ensuring productivity and proper resource utilization.
- Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, construction specifications, approved materials and applicable codes and practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement QA/QC procedures, including concrete quality, reinforcement,



shuttering, masonry, waterproofing and finishing inspections.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules, identify delays and take corrective measures to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, project managers, vendors, contractors and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Control construction costs, material consumption and wastage while maintaining required quality and productivity levels.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, statutory requirements, environmental standards and construction safety practices.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, site records, measurement sheets, inspection reports and project documentation.
