Key Responsibilities

- Execute and monitor finishing works as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and internal teams.
- Supervise civil finishing, flooring, plaster, painting, waterproofing, doors/windows and related works.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved timelines and quality requirements.
- Conduct inspections and resolve site-level quality and execution issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure safety standards and proper coordination at site.

Candidate Profile

- B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4–8 years of experience in finishing works, preferably in residential/high-rise projects.
- Robust knowledge of construction finishing materials, methods and quality standards.
- Good coordination, supervision and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
