Job Description – Site Engineer/ Senior Site Engineer

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Experience: 2–8 Years
Industry: Civil Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality execution, and coordinate site operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building construction projects and a strong understanding of construction drawings, quality standards, and site documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site execution activities as per approved drawings and project schedules.
- Interpret and execute structural and architectural drawings accurately.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with quality protocols and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Verify and understand Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for reinforcement work.
- Ensure proper site documentation, including:
- Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
- Daily Labour Reports (DLR)
- Management Information System (MIS) reports




- Work Inspection Requests (WIR)
- Monitor material usage, manpower, and site productivity.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Report project progress, issues, and delays to the Project Manager.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of site execution and construction drawings.
- Good understanding of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS).
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and construction quality protocols.
- Experience in preparing and maintaining site documentation (DPR, DLR, MIS, WIR).
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Eligibility

- Experience: 2–8 years in civil construction.
- Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in High-Rise Buildings, Villas, or Mall Construction (experience in any one of these project types is acceptable).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
