Profile: Sr. Tender Executive – Government & Private Tenders

Location: Tilak Nagar, New Delhi (Walking distance from Tilak Nagar Metro Station)

Experience: 3+ Years

CTC: Up to 25 (Depends on Interview)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Work from Office)

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Identify relevant government and private tenders through GeM, CPPP, State e-Procurement portals, and other tender platforms.
- Manage the complete end-to-end tender process, including bid preparation, documentation, and submission.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bids as per tender requirements.
- Review tender eligibility criteria, scope of work, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for required documents, certifications, and approvals.
- Handle tender-related documentation, including EMD, PBG, work orders, agreements, etc.
- Track tender status, results, and follow up with concerned departments.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, outcomes, and upcoming opportunities.
- Ensure timely and error-free submission of all tender documents.

Required Skills

- Experience in Government Tender Handling
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and other e-Procurement portals
- Strong documentation and compliance management skills
- Good understanding of technical and financial bid preparation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills




- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PDF documentation

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or Any Graduate.
