Qualification:

- PUC / Graduate / Undergraduate
- Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply

Languages Required:

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries over calls.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain customer records and update details in the system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi & Kannada.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational and night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
