- Risk Mitigation: Evaluate machinery, processes, and blueprints to identify potential hazards and establish engineered safeguards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations meet local, state, and international health and safety laws.
- Incident Investigation: Investigate workplace accidents and equipment failures to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Safety Training: Educate employees on emergency procedures, proper equipment usage, and the correct use of protective gear.
- Audits & Inspections: Conduct routine facility audits and manage work permits to proactively eliminate dangerous situations.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or a closely related engineering discipline.
- Certifications: Certifications like CSP (Certified Safety Professional), NEBOSH, or OSHA compliance credentials are highly preferred.
- Skills: Solid mathematical modeling, hazard analysis, and incident investigation skills.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on safety management or industrial engineering experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
