About the Role

Dream On Travel is looking for a Travel Consultant – Sales to help customers discover and book the right travel experiences. You'll handle customer enquiries, understand their requirements, explain our trips, follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. This role is ideal for someone with sales experience who enjoys talking to people, is comfortable with targets and wants to build strong experience in travel sales and customer engagement.

What You'll Do

- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and social media.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and travel preferences.
- Explain itineraries, pricing, inclusions and exclusions.
- Follow up with leads using established sales processes and follow-up schedules.
- Convert enquiries into bookings and work towards individual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with Operations after a booking.
- Share customer feedback and recurring questions with the team.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, travel sales or customer engagement.
- Solid communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Comfortable speaking to customers over calls and WhatsApp.




- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and handling multiple leads.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- A genuine interest in travel is a strong advantage.

About Dream On Travel

Dream On Travel is a Tamil travel community based in Coimbatore, creating memorable experiences through our “Strangers to Friends” community trips.

Along with group trips, we curate customised holidays, corporate outings, international tours and travel services.

Experience: 1–3 years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

Location: Coimbatore | Work from Office

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
