Client Servicing & Design Executive

Events | Weddings | Décor

We’re looking for a creative, organised and proactive Client Servicing & Design Executive who can take ownership of a project from the initial client brief and pitch to final on-site execution.

Role & Responsibilities

* Understand client briefs, requirements, budgets and overall vision

* Develop creative concepts, themes and design ideas for events and weddings

* Create client pitches, mood boards, presentations and design decks

* Prepare detailed element sheets, décor breakdowns and design references

* Work on layouts, spatial planning and basic technical drawings

* Coordinate design development and revisions based on client feedback

* Handle client communication and servicing throughout the project

* Coordinate internally with designers, production teams and vendors

* Translate approved concepts into executable décor plans

* Follow up on timelines, deliverables and production requirements

* Be actively involved in recce, setup and on-site execution

* Oversee styling and ensure the final execution is aligned with the approved design





* Take complete ownership of projects from pitch to execution

Software Skills

Strong working knowledge of:

Canva | AutoCAD | Adobe Photoshop | Adobe Illustrator

Knowledge of additional 3D/design or presentation software is a plus.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

Creative with a strong design aesthetic, has excellent communication and presentation skills, is comfortable interacting directly with clients, understands spaces and décor, is detail-oriented and organised, and can confidently handle the fast-paced nature of the events and wedding industry.

The ideal candidate should be someone who can think creatively as well as execute practically — not just make beautiful presentations, but understand how those ideas translate on ground.
