Job Title: Transport Manager (CBSE Senior Secondary School)

Location: Queen Global International School, Dilshad Garden, Delhi

Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Transport Manager/Transport Supervisor in a Senior Secondary School

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Diploma/Certification in Transport Management or Logistics will be an added advantage.
- Valid driving licence and sound knowledge of transport regulations will be preferred.

Job Description:

Queen Global International School is looking for an experienced and responsible Transport Manager to efficiently manage the school's transport operations while ensuring the highest standards of safety, discipline, and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, supervise, and manage the daily operation of the school transport fleet.
- Ensure safe and timely transportation of students and staff.
- Prepare and monitor bus routes, schedules, and driver allocations.
- Supervise drivers, conductors, and transport support staff.
- Ensure all school buses comply with CBSE, State Transport Department, and road safety norms.
- Maintain records of vehicle fitness, permits, insurance, pollution certificates, GPS, CCTV, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate regular maintenance, servicing, repairs, and inspections of vehicles.




- Conduct periodic safety drills and training sessions for transport staff.
- Address parent queries and transport-related concerns professionally.
- Monitor GPS tracking systems and ensure adherence to routes and timings.
- Maintain transport records, fuel consumption reports, attendance of transport staff, and vehicle logbooks.
- Coordinate with school administration during events, excursions, educational trips, and emergencies.
- Ensure implementation of child safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Liaise with transport authorities, vendors, and service providers whenever required.
