Production Engineer - Powder Coating Department

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and supervise daily powder coating production activities.
- Ensure coating quality meets customer and specification requirements.
- Monitor pretreatment, powder application, curing oven temperature, and coating thickness.
- Optimize cycle time, productivity, and material consumption.
- Implement process improvements to reduce defects, rework, and wastage.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental requirements.
- Maintain production records, quality reports, and process parameters.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production Planning teams.
- Train operators on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of powder coating equipment and conveyors.
- Monitor KPIs such as production output, rejection rate, powder consumption, and OEE.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
