Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our factory's Accounts & Finance team. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, handling invoices and payments, and assisting with GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records , billing and financial transactions.
- Prepare and verify sales and purchase invoices.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain ledger, cash book, bank book and other accounting records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage vendor and customer accounts.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related work.
- Prepare monthly reports and account statements.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors and internal departments.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting work.




- Perform other accounts-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Tally / Tally Prime/Busy
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good understanding of purchase, sales, payment and receipt entries.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Education

B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts.
- Experience in a manufacturing/factory environment will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should be sincere, disciplined, organized and comfortable handling routine accounting work in a factory setting.
