Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ECS/TVS Design Manager to lead and manage the design activities for ECS/TVS systems. The candidate will be responsible for design planning, coordination, technical review, team management, and ensuring that designs are delivered as per project requirements, applicable standards, timelines, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the ECS/TVS design team and manage day-to-day design activities.
- Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with project, execution, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other engineering teams.
- Ensure designs comply with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Review equipment selection, system layouts, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, vendors, and site teams for design-related requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical/design issues during the project lifecycle.
- Monitor design deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure accuracy and quality of engineering drawings.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and designers.




- Coordinate design changes and ensure proper documentation and revision control.
- Support procurement and execution teams with technical inputs and clarifications.
- Participate in client/consultant meetings and technical discussions.
- Ensure timely completion of design deliverables as per project milestones.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience may also be considered.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–15 years of relevant experience in ECS/TVS/HVAC or MEP design.
- Strong knowledge of engineering design principles and building services.
- Experience in handling design teams and multiple projects.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of design calculations, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage design activities and meet project deadlines.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
