Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Legal & Litigation professional with strong hands-on experience in court matters, litigation, government department liaisoning, civil/real estate matters, criminal cases, and RERA-related matters. The candidate will be responsible for managing legal disputes, court proceedings, regulatory matters, and coordination with government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and handle litigation matters before various courts, tribunals, and legal forums.
- Handle civil, criminal, property, land, and real estate-related legal matters.
- Manage RERA-related cases, compliances, notices, proceedings, and disputes.
- Coordinate with external advocates, legal counsels, and law firms for ongoing cases.
- Prepare and review legal notices, replies, petitions, affidavits, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent and coordinate on behalf of the organization in court proceedings and legal matters.
- Handle government department liaisoning with relevant authorities for approvals, notices, disputes, and regulatory matters.
- Coordinate with government offices, local authorities, municipal bodies, development authorities, revenue departments, and other statutory authorities.
- Monitor court cases, hearing dates, legal notices, case status, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Provide legal advice to management on civil, criminal, property,



real estate, contractual, and regulatory matters.
- Conduct legal research and assess litigation risks and potential liabilities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all litigation and legal proceedings.
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve legal issues and minimize litigation risks.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6–10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate, real estate, infrastructure, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indian courts and litigation procedures.
- Hands-on experience in civil and criminal litigation.
- Good exposure to real estate/property/land-related legal matters.
- Practical knowledge of RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) matters.
- Robust experience in government department liaisoning.
- Knowledge of legal notices, court procedures, documentation, and case management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, drafting, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple legal matters and coordinate with external legal counsel.

Qualification

- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- Candidate should have strong practical exposure to litigation and legal proceedings.

Preferred Profile

Candidates from Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, Manufacturing, or large corporate organizations with strong litigation and government liaisoning exposure will be preferred.

Location: Meerut | CTC: ₹15–20 LPA

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
