Job description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Architectural Draughtsman to join our team. If you have solid technical drafting skills and enjoy working on residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare architectural working drawings, GFC drawings, and detailed construction drawings.

* Develop plans, elevations, sections, and detailed architectural drawings.

* Prepare submission drawings in accordance with local authority regulations.

* Coordinate drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire consultants.

* Prepare door/window schedules, area statements, and construction details.

* Incorporate design revisions and maintain drawing documentation.

* Assist project architects during execution and site coordination.





* Ensure drawings meet quality standards and project timelines.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in an architectural consultancy or design firm.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).

* Good understanding of construction detailing and architectural drafting standards.

* Experience in preparing municipal approval and working drawings.

* Ability to read and interpret architectural concepts accurately.

* Knowledge of SketchUp and Revit will be an added advantage.

* Strong coordination, communication, and time management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
