Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Electrical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate electrical projects from planning through execution and completion. The ideal candidate should have robust project coordination skills, practical exposure to electrical projects, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and coordinate electrical projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage project schedules, resources, materials, manpower, and site activities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, technical issues, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with project execution and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Review project documentation, work schedules, measurements, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and project requirements.
- Conduct regular site/project reviews and provide timely updates to management.




- Resolve project-related issues through effective coordination and communication.
- Support project planning, costing, material requirements, and resource allocation.
- Ensure timely completion and successful handover of projects.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical projects.
- Experience in project execution, project coordination, and project exposure is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical project activities and site coordination.
- Good communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites whenever required.
- Immediate joining is highly preferred.
