Position Overview

We are looking for a fresher who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is interested in content, social media, digital marketing, and marketing operations.

The candidate will work closely with the marketing team and will be responsible for supporting, executing, coordinating, and gradually taking ownership of various marketing activities and processes being developed by the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in content planning, creation, and management across different marketing channels.
- Support day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, posting, and basic engagement.
- Assist in managing and updating website content, images, product information, and other relevant materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information required for marketing activities.
- Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, brochures, posts, and other content.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and activities.
- Maintain and organize marketing content, files, databases, and other resources.
- Learn and work with different marketing tools, platforms, and software.
- Monitor basic social media and website performance and prepare reports when required.
- Support the team in maintaining a consistent brand image and communication.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, designers, or other stakeholders when required.




- Take up additional marketing responsibilities as required by the team.
- Gradually take ownership of assigned marketing activities and processes.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Mass Communication, or any relevant field.
- Candidates from other educational backgrounds with a strong interest in marketing and content may also be considered.
