Mind Weavers is a psychology and rehabilitation clinic with 15+ years of experience, and Mind Weavers Academy is its training and education wing, offering clinical and academic courses to students and mental-health professionals across India.

About the Role
We're looking for a performance-driven Google Ads & SEO Specialist to grow qualified traffic and enrolments for Mind Weavers Academy's courses and drive visibility for Mind Weavers' clinical services, through paid search campaigns and sustainable organic search growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) for course enrolments and clinic enquiries
- Manage ad budgets and report on ROI, cost-per-lead and conversion metrics
- Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO for website pages and course listings
- Improve website technical SEO (site speed, indexing, structured data)



in coordination with the web team
- Build and monitor local SEO presence (Google Business Profile) for the Kozhikode location
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives and landing pages
- Provide monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations

Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Solid working knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs or similar)
- Experience with landing page optimisation and conversion tracking
- Google Ads certification preferred
- Analytical mindset with robust reporting skills

Preferred

- Experience marketing courses, education programmes, or healthcare services
- Familiarity with Meta Ads as a secondary channel

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
