Up-to-date Quests is a premium retailer that sells home decor, tableware and lifestyle products for the affluent Indian customers. We work with 50+ international brands to sell more than 5,000 products. This is an exciting role to work in one of our retail showrooms as we further grow our offline presence in the market.

Location:
DLF Summit Plaza (Phase 5, Gurgaon)
DLF Midtown Plaza (Moti Nagar, West Delhi)

Working Hours:
11am to 8pm, 5/6 days a week

Main Responsibilities Include:
1. Greet walk-in customers and explain product information and usage clearly and accurately.
2. Provide information regarding sizes and design options available for each product.
3. Ensure collections and categories are displayed properly.
4. Ensure cash transactions are handled correctly and cash ledger is maintained correctly.
4. Use POS software and payment machines to ensure transactions are handled smoothly.
5. Perform inventory checks routinely to ensure stock is matching according to the software.





Required Candidate Profile:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home decor or luxury homeware.
2. Bachelors Degree or equivalent from a reputed university.
3. Excellent speaking and written English.
4. Strong verbal communication skills and an accommodating attitude to handle customer queries professionally.
5. Strong passion for learning in a fast-growing retail business

Candidate should already be in Delhi / NCR - applications from outside of NCR will not be considered.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
