Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to manage daily textile factory operations, production, manpower, quality, and workflow. The candidate should have hands-on experience in textile manufacturing and factory supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day factory and production operations.
- Plan production schedules and achieve daily/monthly targets.
- Supervise workers, supervisors, and factory staff.
- Monitor production quality, wastage, and efficiency.
- Manage manpower allocation and shift planning.
- Coordinate with production, stores, maintenance, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain production reports, stock records, and operational MIS.
- Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and factory SOP compliance.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
- Control material wastage and improve productivity.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of Factory/Production Management experience.




- Textile industry experience is mandatory/preferred.
- Solid manpower and production management skills.
- Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes.
- Good reporting and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working at the Falta location.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
