We are looking for an experienced Academic Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in EdTech admissions or high-ticket B2C sales and be passionate about helping students choose the right career programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals on career-oriented programs.
- Handle inbound leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Conduct counseling sessions via phone, video calls, or in person.
- Explain program benefits, career opportunities, and ROI.
- Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle objections and follow up with prospective students.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM regularly.




- Ensure an excellent student counseling experience throughout the admission process.

Eligibility

- 1–4 years of experience in EdTech Admissions, Academic Counseling, or Inside Sales.

- Comfortable working from the office in Andheri East, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹20,318.90 - ₹63,356.25 per month
