Objective:
To manage and strengthen the ISA ecosystem by driving member engagement, event execution, partnerships, and communication, ensuring consistent growth and value delivery to the community.
This role is critical in building ISA as a structured, high-impact industry platform.

Key Responsibilities

Membership Management
Maintain and update member database (especially Premium Members)
Drive member onboarding, renewals, and engagement
Act as a single point of contact for member queries

Event Planning & Execution
Plan and execute ISA events, meetups, and flagship initiatives
Coordinate with venues, vendors, speakers, and partners
Manage end-to-end event operations
Ensure high-quality execution aligned with ISA standards

Community Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with:
Founders
CXOs
Increase participation across ISA initiatives
Drive Premium Membership value perception

Partnerships & Coordination
Coordinate with sponsors, partners, and collaborators
Ensure deliverables are executed as per commitments
Maintain professionalism in all external interactions

Communication & Coordination
Manage WhatsApp groups,



emails, and member updates
Coordinate internally with ISA leadership and committees
Assist in drafting communication (invites, updates, announcements)

Digital & Brand Support (with Interns)
Support LinkedIn posts, announcements, and event visibility
Ensure ISA branding guidelines are followed

Key Skills Required
Robust communication & interpersonal skills
Event management and coordination ability
Organised and detail-oriented
Ability to work with senior stakeholders
Basic understanding of digital tools (Google Sheets, Canva, email tools)

Preferred Profile
1–3 years of experience in community management / events / operations
Experience with corporate events, associations, or startups preferred
Comfortable interacting with senior professionals and leaders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
